This November 3rd program, in partnership with The Associated Jewish Federation of Baltimore and Na'aleh: The Hub for Leadership Learning, coincides with Yitzhak Rabin Memorial Day and comes at a critical time when many in the Jewish community are grappling with tensions around Israel engagement and seeking healthier ways to navigate internal disagreement.

Designed for lay and professional leaders, this workshop will introduce practical tools for fostering constructive discourse, moving beyond the reluctance to discuss sensitive issues in communal settings. Participants will learn how to encourage healthy arguments before deep relationships are formed, and how to balance support, comfort, and meaningful discussion during times of conflict.

This intensive kicks off a broader initiative within Baltimore's Jewish community to promote ongoing dialogue and reflection, toward sustained engagement with complex topics.

Na’aleh is a hub where professionals and volunteers can learn with one another, grow their leadership strengths, and together lead our greater Baltimore Jewish community into a just and healthy future.
