Jewish Federation Cincinnati: Transforming Difficult Conversations into Connection
.jpg)
We are leading interactive workshops in partnership with the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati where participants will practice arguing about Israel and other charged topics—reframing disagreement as something healthy and necessary for learning, growth, and stronger relationships.
As we mark Yitzhak Rabin Memorial Day (Yom Rabin), we're reminded: strong communities endure only when we can argue without dehumanizing—and disagree without destroying.
This timely program addresses the reality that conversations about Israel have created tensions Jewish families and community, particularly since October 7th. Rather than avoiding these difficult discussions or allowing them to divide, we're engaging with argument as a way to learn, grow, and connect.
