For the Sake of Argument (FSA) helps Jewish communities build cultures where disagreement about Israel strengthens rather than fractures relationships. Through our argument pedagogy, we equip schools, synagogues, nonprofits, and leadership teams with the skills, norms, and tools for constructive dialogue.

Position Overview

FSA is seeking a highly organized, relationship-oriented Partnerships & Program Manager to support both our organizational partnerships and educational programs.This role combines partnership cultivation, project management, participant support, and program implementation. The Partnerships & Program Manager will help build and maintain relationships with partner organizations, coordinate key organizational initiatives, and ensure that FSA's educational programs and pilot projects are implemented successfully. S/he will also facilitate selected workshops and serve as an important ambassador for FSA's mission.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing complex projects, and helping educational programs succeed from planning through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Support & Outreach

  • Serve as an accessible, responsive point of contact for existing partner organizations (schools, synagogues, Federations, nonprofits).
  • Build relationships with organizations, to develop long- and short-term partnerships.
  • Represent FSA warmly at select community events, conferences, and meetings

Program Execution & Operations

  • Plan and coordinate the operational and educational aspects of programs, including recruitment of participants, gathering feedback and data, and coordinating with our marketing team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, managing onboarding, reminders, and post-program evaluations.
  • Maintain clean project documentation and participant data within our CRM and tracking tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years in project management, program coordination, education, or a related field in Jewish communal life.
  • Organizational Skills: Track record of managing multiple project timelines, CRM records, and logistical details smoothly.
  • Relationship & Communication Skills: Clear, warm written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging with organizational leaders and participants.
  • Background: Familiarity with Israel-Zionist tensions and arguments in the American Jewish community is strongly preferred.
