Are you a responsible and organized administrator with an educational heart and an entrepreneurial mind? Want to join our small but growing team? You'll get to be part of our innovative project, helping to manage the operations infrastructure while also being engaged in educational work.
Key responsibilities:
- Reaching out and responding to organizations that are interested in engaging with For the Sake of Argument
- Gathering the trends, uses and requirements of FSA communities, in order to assist in developing appropriate educational responses to ensure that our work continues to support needs on the ground
- Managing data and using CRM, invoicing, and project management systems
- Being the “first port of call” for enquiries, book orders, workshop bookings, etc
- Coordinating FSA trainings and/or personally facilitating gatherings on zoom and in person
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is self-motivated and eager to help push our team forward
- Has administrative work experience (and it’s a plus if you’ve got experience in educational settings as well)
- Understands and has experience with CRM systems, basic billing and invoicing
- Is happy to engage with potential clients, talking through possibilities and listening to their needs
- Speaks, reads and writes English as a native language
- Understands and has a knowledge of North American Jewish life
- Is able to work at least 15-20 hours per week
- Is based in Israel, but able to work some evenings to accommodate US-work hours
- Likes to work from home, and is happy to meet about once a month in Herzliya

- $30-35,000 depending on experience
